House Appeal starts by meeting with you to get an idea of your lifestyle and the function of the proposed room.Kari then schedules a day to come in and recreate the room. With thoughtful placement of your furniture, accessories and art, she can professionally transform the space from ordinary to extraordinary!

Rates begin at $300 for the first room.  Other spaces scheduled at the same time are discounted depending on room size and volume of work to be done.  Some restrictions apply.

Hiring House Appeal to stage your home to sell is a minimum investment with a maximum return in the marketplace.  Kari can objectively view the home as a product and highlight its assests while downplaying its flaws and create a welcoming atmosphere for potential buyers.

Home Staging Consultation -

House Appeal will evaluate each room inside the house as well as the exterior,
and provide a customized detailed written report of enhancement ideas that can
be made to improve the property. If needed, wall color ideas and furniture arrangement ideas can be given to the client.

Home Staging Room Redesign Service

After your consultation is complete, House Appeal can also provide hands-on furniture
arrangement and accessory placement using what you already own to ensure the
property maximum appeal to potential buyers.  We also help you declutter and depersonalize your property making it even more inviting for buyers.

Open House Service

If the realtor or homeowner would like to add a little extra appeal before an open house
showing, House Appeal can come in a prepare the house with some finishing touches like fresh flowers and bakery cookies along with last minute fluffing and preparation which is crucial in making the property really stand apart from the competition.

Rates begin at $50 for the first room color choice and $25 each additional room if chosen on the same consultation.

With Kari's expertise in locating unique items with your personal taste and budget in mind, she can find the treasures needed to take your room to the next level of great style and appeal! Whether she shops alone or consults you as you shop together, personal shopping is one of Kari's favorite things to do! She is also good at finding great deals on items which she happily passes the savings on to you!
